Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or phone message.
Payment Method: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No other payment options (credit cards, online payments, wallets, etc.) are accepted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] with supporting photos.
Refunds will be processed in cash (on pickup) or via bank transfer as agreed.
Customized, altered, or used items are non-returnable.
6. Liability
Juno Mirrors is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party courier services.
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or installation of products.
