  • To process a return, customers are required to provide order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued as follows:

    • If the product is returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, a full cash refund will be provided at the time of pickup or through bank transfer (as agreed).

    • Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or after the 48-hour reporting window.
