Returns are accepted only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours by contacting us at [email protected].
To process a return, customers are required to provide order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued as follows:
If the product is returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, a full cash refund will be provided at the time of pickup or through bank transfer (as agreed).
Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or after the 48-hour reporting window.
In eligible cases, customers may choose to request a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must follow the same reporting process as returns.
Customized or specially ordered mirrors cannot be returned unless defective.
Mirrors that have been installed, altered, or used after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
